Although this site is very frantic and may be exaggerated, it's still got a lot of compelling information.  If you only read one article, read "The Milk Letter" by Dr. Kradjian    http://www.notmilk.com/kradjian.html

Milk has pus and disease-causing mucus in it.
It also increases your chances of getting diabetes and heart disease.

And it makes you fat. No one will want to have sex with you.

Btw, I'm a cow myself...so I was jk!

You're a cow? As in you're gifted in certain part of your body? or you just like to spend your time grazing in the pastures?

Lactose free milk is awesome.

i heard almond milk is really good for the skin!

rita what do u think??

Min pouma dganee!!!!! I was gonna say almond milk is the s***!  I get the unsweetened vanilla and chocolate flavors from Almond Breeze.
I tried adding a pic but I guess that's too complicated for me.

From diseaseproof.com:

Almond Breeze is a non-dairy beverage made from real almonds, all natural, smooth and creamy with a hint of almonds. Almond Breeze is a great tasting non-dairy beverage without the thin, chalky after taste of rice and soy beverages.

Almond Breeze won the 2004 Best Taste Award from the prestigious American Culinary Institute (ACI). ACI is an independent, chef based judging organization.

Enjoy Almond Breeze chilled by the glass and on your cereal. You will love how it froths in coffee drinks, enhances fruit smoothies, and blends cup for cup in your favorite recipes.
Gluten, cholesterol and lactose free
Excellent source of calcium, vitamins D & E
Good source of vitamin A
A refreshing alternative to soy and rice non-dairy beverages

......

Barwarneta, if it's good for the skin it's most likely because of the vitamin E.

Soy milk for me.

Ditto, but I only use it on cereal.  I hate the taste of milk, unless it's in my coffee.  But plain it's just nasty and I can't even bring it to my lips.

Serious? I drink a glass of soy milk every night. It has a sweet taste to it. Mmmm might have one soon.

I don't mind the taste of it, and yes it is sweet, but I just can't drink it.  But at least it can make it past my nose unlike regular milk.

I love milk! I only choose soy because it has less cholesterol. Otherwise, I'd be drinking cow's milk by the gallon. Straight from the cow's teet if I had to.

Now that I'd pay to see.
