That's cool...it seems like Assyrians are finally making a dint in the world.

Last night I was down at the Rocks in our city...right by our beautiful Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera house. There was a Unicef painted bears display. Every country around the world had a bear in there (I've got pics of the bears from Australia, Canada, Iraq, United States of America and the United Kingdom)...of course no Assyria. However, some Canadian guy started talking to me, asking nationality etc...asked where my countries bear was and I said I was born and raised in Australia...he said I mean your REAL country...I said well unfortunately, at the moment my people don't have one and he said 'ahhh you must be Assyrian' and he started telling me our history.

Made me prouder!

So? There were bears from countries I hadn't even heard of and some random guy knew about MY people AND our history....and we didn't even have a bear.

I'm proud...does that harm you in some way Maxiless? Leave me be.

Aw.. We didn't even have a bear, I think thats the final nail in our coffin. Anyways it doesn't bother me.. Not at all..
