Why Hats?

why do ppl wear hats? like at all times.
there is this guy at my class, he's cute but wears a hat at all times, and i cant' see his gorgeous eyes.

Most ordinary people wear them for fashion or to hid a messy hair.

Priests, Rabbis, and Mullahs wear them to remind themselves that there is always something above them, i.e. God.
