Why did they call it "Cialis"

Just a light humerous posting, don't no body get offended. There is this commercial on TV where all hell breaks loose in the house and they show a man and a woman and the name Cialis comes out at the end with no explanation. I googled it and found out it is a drug for the guys (i.e. similar to Viagara).

I wonder how they choose the name of the drug to be "Cialis", pronounced "Seeyalis". You can figure out what it means in Assyrian. 
 
Yeah I have always wondered if it is a play on another Assyrian word, wink wink!

And yes when I see that add, and see the word CIALIS flash on the screen, it reminds me of that Assyrian expression "..........hafla" lol :lol:
