When and Where, an Assyrian will make the "MLS"

I have a feeling that the first Assyrian to play in the MLS will be in Chicago, in 2009.

I am not sure of the team but I think Imad Baba is the first Assyrian to play in the MLS.  I don't follow the comp so I don't know which team he played for.
