What is this CHaldean priest exactly saying?

Reminds me of my old church days I only understood a few words,
He is talking about the different Assyrian accents, either way whatever he is saying it?s probably not good for "Assyrian Unity" judging from what this man has said before he is Anti-Assyrian.
 
He is saying Chaldeans have many dialects while Assyrians have mutually decided on the Urmi dialect. That the Chaldean dialect has not been maintained by our people and that we don't have a good understand of it. He is also saying that when we say are Chaldeans we don't mean we are from Babylon, and that our forefathers understood that. And also that the people of Telkepe understood that they were from Nineveh and not Babylon.

Something along those lines..lol
