What do you aspire to be??

MJaY, where do you want to teach..Highschools, elementary, or at a post-secondary institution?

*giggles*

i'm going for high school teacher. i want a mug that says "best teacher ever." would it be ghey if i bought it for myself?

hooker... its my dream job :2hearts: :2hearts: ill be rolling in the $$$.. and after a few years.. ill upgrade myself.. and run my own pimping business... i got it all figured out

actually.. i think ill be a secretary for the rest of my life... i've been doing this sh*t since grade 6 :ban:

I aspire to attend law school and become a corporate lawyer. There's something about corporate law that just sings to me. Torts and Contracts all the way!!

Then towards the end of my practise, I'd actually like to get into teaching. I'd like to teach social sciences/theology at a highschool level. Why? I love to help developing minds and encourage them to reach for their true potential. These days the school system has formed to be a negative experiance for youth. The only way to truly assist our future minds is to be able to reach them - through genuine care.

The speaking stick has now been put down...

Torts & Contracts was the besttt class!!

I'm torn between Corporate & Family...one of my profs was a corporate lawyer, he said it was extremely dry but paid very well.

why would ur prof go from being a lawyer to a teacher??

my grade 8 teacher was a dumbass.. she was a brain surgeon... but left that career to be an freakin' elementary school teacher :bangin:

You would think its a bad thing, but college professors make anywhere from $60,000/per annum to $90,000 [according to professors themselves] plus most of these ppl have been practising for so many years now that they get bored of it lol

psychologist or social worker

now you guys know who to go to when you have a problem...ME!

if i dont get accepted i dont know what to do with my life..

I'M TORN BETWEEN THE TWO AS WELL! I didn't want to say anything because I thought no one would understand, they're on opposite sides of the spectrum!!! haha, wow... weird!!

And Atourina, some professionals have two dreams in their life that they want to achieve.. once the major one has been acheived, it's time to move on to the second part of making your life complete. Well.. that's my take on it.... :baby:

Hahahaa, that's funny..they are definitely on opposite ends, but they're both the most appealing areas of law in my opinion. I also considered real estate for a split second until I heard that 68% of LSUC complaints are a result of real estate transactions gone wrong.

I am in love! :2hearts:

I myself want to become a corporate lawyer. Excellent Choice! I do, however, want to explore the political realm as well. I am aiming for some type of job concerning international politics.

Eventually I hope to teach at a University level, but that will be in due time once my career has stabilized.

hey winged angel and any aspring mohamees in the GTA area, if you are looking to speak to a corporate lawyer for guidance/advice/real world experience, PM me and I'll put you in touch.
