Website To Watch Live Soccer For Free

There are a few sites...I am at work.  I will post them up when I get home.  I watched several Euro2008 games online.

Does anyone know where I can download games?  I will be overseas (Amazon jungle) when Australia plays against Uzbekistan and I am spewing that I won't be able to watch it.
