Uploading pictures.

I got a problem uploading pictures. The following is what comes up after i try to upload a photo:


An Error Has Occurred!
The upload folder is full. Please try a smaller file and/or contact an administrator.


The picture is less than 128 KB. much less.  :blink:

It happened 2 me as well, i don't know why!
