Turning 50: Life Lessons for Limitless Living (Part 1)
Your struggles are your strengths
Labels limit us
Self-care is not selfish
Progress is much greater than perfection
The life we live are the lessons that we teach
With great responsibility comes great power
Our mindset shapes our reality
Change is the only constant
The importance of the Power of Pause
You dreams define your direction
Belief that everything is figureoutable
Vulnerability is a strength it's not a weakness
Kindness is a language everyone understands
Mindful living over mindful living
Life is a journey not a destination
Do hard things: life is easy if you live it the hard way and hard if you live it the easy way
It's better well done than well said
There are no problems, only puzzles
Compassion begins with understanding
You have to believe in yourself and in your Limitless potential
I don't have to get ready I stay ready
Don't judge a situation too quickly
Make yourself proud
Don't take criticism from someone you wouldn't take advice from
Have no regrets

Your comfort zone is a nice place to visit but not much grows there
Sometimes a loss is really a gain in disguise
You have permission to rest
Control the controllables
Be a thermostat not a thermometer
Dreams without discipline is delusion
Questions are the answer you know
If your mind is full then write, if your mind is empty then you want to be able to read
Our time is limited but our mind is limitless
Growth is hard and change can be painful but nothing is as painful as being stuck somewhere that you don't belong
Knowledge is potential power
The problem is not always the problem the problem is often our attitudes and our assumptions about the problem
Improving just one percent a day equals a 37 times improvement over the course of a year
Your today is more powerful than all of your yesterday's combined
You don't inspire people by revealing your superpowers you inspire people by helping them
Everyone I mean everyone can be our teachers
Don't compare yourself to anyone but your best self
There are no failures just failure to learn
Stand guard to the doors of your mind
Monitor your self-talk
When you take a stand you uncover your strength
Small steps can lead to big changes
Pain can be a powerful motivator
Harness the power of curiosity
Reframe your legacy
Are you in your 50s Ashoor? Just curious.

Good close guess. I created it in April 1999 so I was 18.5 years and would turn 19 in October that year.
