trying to jog in arizona

Forget jogging -- how do people live there?  Phoenix hit 110 degrees for 29 days in a row!!!  If it gets up to 100 here I'm ready to pass out  :baby:
 
carry a 2 litre jug of water with u.. so u can pour it all over urself every few mins.. :giggle:

Amen J.... how can people stand that heat??  I'm not a fan of any extreme weather, hot or cold.  Last time I was in AZ couple years back we saw a guy running in I swear 100 degree weather...we literally were clapping at him and cheering him on...
