The Ninevite's choice by Ninef Hairi (what a .....)

We have hard enough time convincing people from the chaldean & Syriac Orthodox church that they are Assyrians imagine trying to convince Muslim Arabs, and Yezids.

As if such thing has't happened in our culture.

What's unbelievable about you is that you are desperately looking for excuses to justify your sick idea of trying to make other people Assyrians.

Indeed. Hopefully, no non-Assyrian will ever claim or try to be Assyrian. Assyrian is exclusive for us. I don't think we should even try to convince Arabs and Kurds about being Assyrians. The more they hate Assyrians, the better for our race.

The Kurds desire to acquire an autonomy to exist in a region that does not have the ingredients for it to exists.  I think that taking into consideration the political realities of that region, the kurd should fight for rights within the Iraqi borders, in fact, I think that a one unified Iraq will benefit all its ethnic minorities, they just need to be joined together under a common ideological umbrella.

What's even more sick is your thoughts resemble those Nazi thoughts where they only accept their Aryan race.

It's called nationalism. Believe it or not, it's nothing Nazis have a copyright on. In fact, the Jews whom you seem to hold so high have the exact same thoughts. That is why they have a state today. Zionism = Jewish nationalism. And why would we want to label non-Assyrians as Assyrians? If they don't have an Assyrian ancestry, they are not ethnic Assyrians and we should simply respect this indisputable fact. I have to ask you: why do you want to Assyrianize the Yazidis? Why can't you just accept them for what they are? You do realize, that if you want to impose our ethnic identity upon them, it's a lack of respect for their ethnic identity? And of all the ethnic groups you want to Assyrianize, you pick the Kurds? The Kurds, who have been killing us for the entire last 200 years? Great choice, you couldn't possibly insult our forefathers who were killed by the Kurds in a more efficient way.

Indeed. But that is why the Kurds are killing Assyrians, in order to make it possible.

And what ideological umbrella would that be? Multiculturalism? Forget it; it doesn't work. That would mean Assyrians in Iraq would assimilate into Iraqi Arabs.
