today, I have taken one-half of the ACT exam,

this exam will determine if I can go to a prestigious college/university, and it is a high school graduation requirement, I took it with good luck from my future mother in-law  I wasn't nervous at all during the test, I am now however, a little scared and nervous that I did terrible, my goal was to get over 20, because the max scoring is 35 or 36, but somewhere in the late 20s would be satisfactory for me.

I took the SAT test 4-5 years ago and got 1760/2400 on it and then I took the ACT and got a 27/36.

I think the ACT is way easier then the SAT. Good Luck man, and if you didn't do well this time you can always re-take it.

I realize that this isn't the point of the topic but you already know who your future mother-in-law is and you haven't graduated from high school yet?

yea and she's very nice to me. Plus, I'm the kind of guy who is actually looking forward to marriage. I'd jump at the chance.

Why would you jump at the chance?  You're still young.  Why get tied down already? Besides, people change a lot when they hit 22-23 and you guys might end up wanting different things in life.

I'm not planning to get married until I'm done with college....
