What a crazy story man, just happened a few hours ago in Scarborough:

Teen plunges to highrise death
A 16-year-old boy is dead after falling 15 storeys from an apartment building in the east end.
The boy and his 17-year-old friend were visiting the victim's 15-year-old girlfriend at 15 cougar Court, near Markham and Egglinton. Just after seven o'clock Saturday night, the girl's parents arrived. The trio panicked, and the boys reportedly tied bedsheets together -- trying to climb down the side of the building.

As the boys were scaling down the side of the highrise, one of them lost his grip plummeting to his death. The other is okay.

wow thats sad and very dangerous

did they think it was easy like the movies ?

and he was so young , thank god the other one is ok

Hey my old stomping grounds. Morningside Avenue and Sheppard Avenue area is were I used to live. 2 minutes from the Toronto Metro zoo.

that was so stupid of them.. they had to know they werent gonna make it down 15 storeys using freakin bed sheets...

whats the worst thing his girlfriends parents would have done.. ground her maybe?? what freakin' morons...

I beleive Riza w Shorba lives close this area as well, and I often pass by it when I go for driving around the city.

What can I say, this is so unfortunate. I am just curious to know the nationality of the girl and the two boys; I am pretty sure the will be from South East Asia as there is a big population from there in east Scarborough.

I also wonder what the parents of the three kids involved are saying and doing now, with all the shame that follows from people talking.

It is a nightmare, God help them.

I have to agree. Its Darwinism at its best, making sure those "stupid" genes don't get passed on to the next generation. That being said, rip.

ninos that's the second time u (painfully) agreed w/ me :bigarmhug:

and about the sheets.. im guessing they prob only had a few to tie together.. or they prob opened up from each other that's y one died..

Yeah, I'm gonna try to keep from making that a habit.

I've seen people try that sheets thing in movies, but I've also seen Neo stop bullets with his mind. What scares me is that people don't understand that both fall into the "no f*cking way" category in real life.
