Syrianska FC - Allsvenskan 2011

But in all seriousness, I'm glad they made it in. I hope Syrianska stays there for many years. They deserved to be there by the way they played and, love it or hate it, the way their organization and their community has supported them.

I love Assyriska and can't wait to see them back in Allsvenska, but they don't deserve it. They are a very disorganized and mismanaged team. They have a few, VERY bright minds working there, but not enough guts to take it to the next level.

I don't know how you can claim to be the "Assyrian Team" for ALL Assyrians, when you exclude the entire North American market. Just saying!

I mean when you think about it, how many Allsvenskan shirts will you see being worn in the streets of Sydney? Or Toronto? Or Chicago? Most likely none. I see Assyriska shirts all the time, they no doubt have the most global fan base, and considering that the club is publicly owned meaning a lot of their profit would come from merchandise sales, it is unbelievable that they don't take advantage of this. Under right management, the club can be one of the biggest in Sweden.

Compare this to Syrianska's fan base, which stretches all the way to Germany, at most. And than compare how the two teams are fairing. No words for it really.

I strongly think its time to take them from a Public Owned Company to a Private one. Who's with me?

I've got $35.23 in my pocket right now. Any one else?

Don't forget they are dealing with the loss of one of their players too.

But I agree with you, and mainly because I'm in favour of privatization. I study commerce in university and the cases we look at, although you are risking accountability with going private, you can get more things done without having to do a vote all the time.

But congrats to Syrianska FC, at least they had the drive to reach that far and keep a good percentage of assyrians on the team
