I feel I have to say this to just clear my mind.....

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE VACCINE! THE LONG TERM DAMAGE TO YOUR BODY FAR OUT WEIGHTS THE PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH THE FLU!

ITS A SCAM. ITS GOING TO KILL OR DISABLE YOUR ABILITY TO HAVE CHILDREN. IT IS A VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE IT!

Thats my fair warning. Hopefully I'm wrong. But if I'm right......
 
i refuse to take it and im not getting my kids it either...even after all the ignorance the drs seem to show by constantly talking about "death rates" of kids & pregnant women if they dont get the vaccine. idiots want to scare ppl.
my friend has a son who got the h1n1 flu shot, he's disabled i think. but yet a week later he gets the swine flu ? what was the reason for the shot then?
 
I'm not getting it.  I never take new stuff.  They say it's safe now, and then 5 years down the road it's, "Oooopppsss!  Turns out that shot causes your brain to leek out of your head."  Just like those ADD pills every doctor was trying to prescribe for semi-active kids (and my son's teacher was trying to get me to get some for my son.)  They swore up and down that there were no side effects and now it turns out they can cause heart failure and even death.

man i remember when they tried to make my mom give those to my brother. they even threatened to kick my little brother out of school. She kept saying to them boys are meant to be active,wild and talkative. he eventually grew out of that phase and till this day my mom hates all those teachers/doctors cuz she knows for a fact how horrible the medicine was that was given to those kids.
thank god she refused it. i'm glad you did too.  :clap:

Good for your mom for resisting the pressure.  My son's teachers and doctor were on me (to varying degrees) when my son was really young to have him medicated.  I'm like, why would anyone medicate a 5-year old?  They're still growing!  The school nurse was the worst; "well if he was a diabetic, wouldn't you put him on medication?"  B!tch, it's not that I'm opposed to medications, it's that I'm opposed to this medication!  And you should see my boy now -- sooo completely different.

IS it so, that the vaccaine contains those "virus" but on a weaker scale? i.e. you get the swininfluence so that your body can form a imunitiy against it... :D


I just read a text frome us scientist...they say that many people might just be already immune against it, since it shares some similiarity to some prevoius flues which your body has already formed immunism against (antibody).
 
Well, like the traditional flu shot (which I also do not take and suggest you don't either), they say that they have a small amount of that virus in the vaccine injected into you. This allows your own body's immune system to fight it and therefor become immune to that particular strain later on.

They make the same argument about Swine but, what is little known are all the other added "ingredients" of the shot. What else is in there?

I've been looking for an article I found, can't seem to find it now since I'm at work. It shows all the contents of the shot and what to expect from it.

I just ask that you all read up on the 1976 Swine Flu Pandemic. A shocking amount of Americans died fromt his flu.....(1 death)

Because of this, they tried to vaccinate the entire American population....this was halted shortly after 3 weeks then terminated after 10 when they found out that a heck of a lot more people were dying and suffering from Guillain-Barre syndrom (a neurological disorder that affects mobility and other brain functions).

They now were saying for the longest time, that this latest Swine vaccine is proven because it is SIMILIAR to the 76 vaccine but with a few modifications..... :blink:

what's the point of getting it to supposedly get ur body to be immune to it, instead just eat ur fruits and veggies and ur on the right track. the vaccines is what is causing ppl to get sick and weak immune systems, not building their immune system to supposedly "immune" to this flu.

Did u reallly have it or is that what the doctors diagnosed it as? b/c i read on a site that drs are diagnosing flus at swine flu when its really not the swine flu.
I had my girls vaccinated before for the immunizations they get when they were infants, had i known how bad vaccines are for you back then i wouldn't have done so. I know now and i plan to further my knowledge about it. Am planning on not poisoning my new baby and am not going to further poison my other daughters.

YUP! Tried tested and true...it was Swine! I had little piggies swimming around in my blood.
 
I'm really psyched about the new AIDS vaccine.  You know what that means?! Wooo!

But on a serious note, get the needed vaccines (ones that have been tested on billions).

i recentlyy had a cold and all i drank was orange juice and ate fruits and veggies and it was gone within 2 days :D and for the flu shot .. neverrrr had one in my life so im not about to take one now... u know theres something up when CORPORATIONS are giving them out for FREE.. since when did banks start giving out free flu shots?! yah my job was giving them out and all of us at my branch BUT one passed on it.
 
as a pro let me add;  whenever your getting the slightest symptoms of the flu; throat pains(starts off) fever,pneumonia and so on go see your doc and ask for tamiflu and an antibiotic such as amox/clavulic acid high dosages use them both for at least 5-6 days. be specialy aware of the symptoms with kids. the key in all of this is get the medicine as fast as possible. for small kids use caps and open them mix with sweet syrups/honey instead of the liquid cuse of bad taste. dont forget to rinse and ad again

I see the adverse side effects people get from it working in Emerg. They are severe in so many people.

I would much rather just "suffer" with a flu then be subjected to anything like that.

The slightest signs of the flu, start drinking echinacea tea. If there's fever, don't wrap up yourself but rather let your body cool down itself and take 2 tylenol if fever persists or gets too high.

Honestly, enough with the over prescriptions. Seriously! Yes we're living longer but at what cost? I'd rather die relatively healthy at 60 then crippled at 90.

what adverse effects are u talking about?? ive been gving outt tamiflu at least 5 times a week even for kids...they still walk around healthy never heard of anyone getting sick... or anything else
 
what i've seen in emerg are little kids puking their guts out, uncontrolable diarrhea, aches, pains, headaches, etc. Bare in mind, some/most of the symptoms they are showing can be related back to the flu itself, but to put my kid through that kind of suffering because I don't want him to catch a flu? No thanks.

Some of these kids become admitted. I discharged a kid on Sunday that I had admitted 2 fridays ago. He had been taking the tamiflu BS after getting sick and it just got worse and worse.

I will acknowledge that in every medical field results will vary from patient to patient. But, in my own personal opinion, I'd rather take the risk of getting the flu and then treating it the old fashioned way rather than pump insane chemicals into my body to essentially HIDE my symptoms.
 
you take risk with any medication you put in your body and n/v/d are possible side effects for most drugs and tamiflu isn't any different.  All those side effects occur in less than 10% of patients anyway and it's up to the doctor to determine if the chance of side effects are enough to leave a child that is in the at-risk group of the flu untreated. and it doesn't just hide symptoms, it's an antiviral, it actually stops the virus from spreading.

Indeed i agree. Even regular antibiotics have gastro-intestinal side effects. Even more so most common drugs have gastro-intestinal side effects, not happening to most people though.  Tamiflu is a virus inhibitor and its been effective in most if not all cases. So when one gets infected by the virus or a virus, then the reasoning thing to do is get something that will reduce the load and the side effects we take for granted..
My philosohpy:  when a medicine does not show any side effects then by definiton that medicine isnt effective/does not work

Forget the vaccine, if you get sick just have a couple of glasses of arak.  Its like drinking napalm, that sh*t will kill anything.

By the way, what's wrong with just dying?!  Some people just want to go.  Just let them.
 
Again, I'm not some anti-medicine crusader, and know the many benefits of modern medicine and use them myself.  However, I think there is such a thing as over-medicating and not allowing your body to fight things on its own to help strengthen its own immune system.  I refer to the conversation above regarding ADHD medications and how many, many otherwise healthy children were put on it simply for being over-active.  And many were told it was "safe" and that is certainly not the case. 

Some of the most healthy people on the planet with the longest life spans are Asian communities, specifically the Chinese and Japanese.  Both societies supplement their modern health care with traditional medications.  I'm not about to chomp down some shark penis to help my blood circulation, but their reliance on natural solutions has been widely copied.
