Student arrested for passing gas at school

I can't imagine being that child's mother and getting a call from the local police station that my son has been arrested for farting.  And typical stupid Florida -- did that child's behavior seriously deserve an arrest?! :bangin:

STUART, Fla. - A student at a Florida school has been arrested after authorities said he was "passing gas" and turning off his classmates' computers.

According to a report released Friday by the Martin County Sheriff's Office, the 13-year-old boy "continually disrupted his classroom environment" by intentionally breaking wind. He then shut off some computers other students were using.

A school resource officer placed the boy under arrest after he confessed about his behavior, according to the report. He was charged with disruption of school function and released to his mother.

 
lmao, this so funny...it's not like he freakin did something bad...but turning off the computers students were using, wasn't very nice of him to do so...
 
I agree, it's pretty disgusting, but to be handcuffed and hauled off to prison for it?  The boy is 13.  Take him to the principal's office, call his mom and suspend him if you have to.  Don't imprison the child!

WTF there is no law that says u cant pass gas, i know its nasty but to take him to jail thats kind of lame.

Hey you can never be too safe in this time of terrorism.  It was a biological attack.  Assault with a deadly weapon.  I heard that Al-Ishta took credit for this attack and that Sherma bin Teeza released a new video outlining the new child fart strategy from his cave in Kharastan.

loool that is what I thought too, but apparently the two are not related, unless he has come up with a scientific way to turn off electricity to the PC using his gas! haha
