Where does the talk of Sovereignty fall under then? Self admin or Autonomy?

I think this is the same case like Autonomy; there are several degrees of Sovereignty, so like Autonomy you have to think it?s an adjective.
Also an Administration is an Autonomy, but a particular form of Autonomy.
