Rumor: Belfour to Red Wings?

Theres a rumour out that Ed Belfour will be signing with the Detroit Red Wings for a 1 year deal worth 1 or 2 million with incentives.

Not sure how accurate it is...after all it was the Fan590 Day show reporting it. Wondering if you guys have heard anything.
 
the nhl is stupid for nothing offering legace a contract. What was his record 30-8????????? How dont u offer that guy a contract. Doesnt matter if he plays for a sick team, hes still a sick goalie.
 
he must of been sick when the oiles handed his a.ss to him.
