Give me a call. I recently finished my Realtor's licencing and am now a Real Estate Sales Professional (Realtor).

I'm employed now with HomeLife Broadway and I'm looking for new clients to serve proudly within the Assyrian Community!

I'm offering many first year discounts to get up and running on my feet so be sure to get in touch with me.

With the markets not doing so well, trust me and a team of highly experienced individuals at HomeLife Broadway to bring you a deal you can live with happy and satisfied.

I'm currently offering a very low commission rate to sellers. Its set this low to get more money in your pocket and for me to build clients and advertising. Its a win win.

Call me or email me for more details or for any general questions you may have about the real estate market in Toronto or Canada:

First time buyers are also in luck. I have some exciting deals to offer you as well.

Looking forward to talking to you!

Congratulations.

I'm curious what deals would you have for first home buyers. In Australia first home buyers get $14000 for an older house or $21000 for a brand new house from the government.

What I can personally commit to a first time home buyer is that I will not take a single penny of commission from them. I will work for 0% commission for a first time buyer.

Typically the seller is the one that pays both Realtors when a transaction has been made. However, when signing a contract with a buying agent, there is a section there that indicates how much commission will be given to the said agent.

If this number is higher then what is being offered by the selling agent, the buyer is responsible for the difference. My promise is that you will never have to pay me a penny on this commission.

-------

Unlike in your country where the government gives you money, in Canada the only perk I can think of off the top of my head is that the government will allow you to use up to $20,000 of your RRSP for a downpayment on a new property, tax and penalty free!

I know its not much, but if you've ever tried to take your RRSPs out early, you would know how hard they hit you in the pocket books.

-------

For sellers, I also offer highly competitve commission rates*. I can do this because of my broker. He's a great man and has let me offer this saving to you.

So if you or anyone you know is interested in buying or selling, give me a call. I'd be happy to give them a free home evaluation and an excellent commission rate*!

*some conditions do apply. Contact me for more details.

I forgot to add that in Ontario there is also a Land Transfer Tax refund for first time home buyers.

I'm not sure though if that applies to the City of Toronto Land Transfer Tax (which is seperate from the provincial). In any event, that could lead to savings of over $2000 in some cases!
