question on a marriage loophole

my brother told me that if you are married and u suddenly died but came back to life, then you become a single man/woman again because of the whole "till death do you part" rule. Is that true?

although.....no! i think u still will be married! basically...u died!!!  but then u r back! u are alive again! and in life u made a promise to stay with her!!!!!!    so ya......!  :blink:

yea but the guy died, that doesn't null a marriage on the "till death do us part" technicality?
 
How would you come back to life?  If the guy/girl is looking for a loophole, then why did they get married in the first place?

you come back to life, like a near death experience in some cases where someone actually dies but a few minutes or hours later they return.

Hmmm, I know when someone is missing, they aren't declared dead for some years (I think 7).  Not sure how it all works, but I don't someone on the operating table would be considered legally dead until the coroner signs off on the death certificate. So if they come back after a few minutes or even hours, the coroner wouldn't have had time to do an autopsy.  I mean even if they weren't dead and an autopsy was performed, I'm guessing that would kill them.

well according to law, legal death is when a person, ceases all respiratory functions, ceases all brain activity (including involuntary heart and lung controls) or cessation of blood flow.

im not lol, it's just a random question i thought i could have a nice conversation with everybody :/

plus u cant get divorced because if u marry in a church, ur joined together in the eyes of God, so if u get a divorce which is legal separation then u are still technically married because u didnt get married by law u got married by a church, and in the church u can only divorce if your spouse committed adultery, is cruel and abusive, or if he/she died of natural causes.

WHATTT!!!! no no no NO!!!....the only reason u can divorce when u are married in a church is when ur partner (spouse) gets insane!!!!, thats the only way!!!................and u know what i actually thought about it!  also ADULTERY buttttt  only if u have lots of witnesses!! if u are 100% sure that he/she is cheating!!!

this reminded me how my cousin Henry married an American lady, then out of nowhere she went nuts and drowned their 3 kids

also, u can take them on the maury show and get a lie detector test :)

no she didn't kill herself, this happened was like when i was 9 or 10 years old.
 
Hey mrzurnaci I posted a new topic in the Language Center. I'd appreciate if you could read it and help by posting some songs (maybe sung by people in the same tribe as you) so I could see how much I understand from the Assyrian Dialect and you can see how much you understand from the Chaldean Dialect.

of course he divorced her. Idk how she went insane but you never know, she might have used that as an excuse, but in my opinion, someone who would kill their own children would have to have been mentally ill.

I'm not sure, there's alot of reasons why Assyrians would marry/date non-Assyrians, whether it be they "fell" in love, they couldn't find another Assyrian, they wanted someone different, and sometimes they just go with the whole different racial dating that america is fixated on.
