They may be victims of a sick crime - and they likely don't even know it.
Peel Police have arrested a Toronto man after they received reports someone was apparently watching women in a washroom at a Mississauga office building. When they arrived at 6120 Kestrel Road in the Tomken-Brittania Road area, they discovered the evidence - a tiny pinhole camera mounted in the ladies' bathroom.
Cops began an investigation and have now charged Joseph Houran with a single count of voyeurism. The 50-year-old is an employee of Kyocera Mita Canada and would frequently be at the address for training sessions.
So far, only one charge has been laid, but cops are convinced others may have made an unwanted cameo appearance. They want to hear from any women who may have been in the building and think they may have become a victim.
Call (905) 453-2121 ext. 1233 if you think you may have been caught on this candid camera.
Houran will be in a Brampton court on the charge April 16th.
