Is it the west or east assyrian who got less foreign words and more akkadian/aramaic in it? And why? Which language is best to learn? And be honest, just because it's your language doesnt mean u must pick it! I speak west assyrian and know that it got greek influence in it and the east l dont know, maybe persian influence.

I think they both have around about the same amount of foreign words. Their vocabularies are extremely similar it's mostly some differences in pronunciation that can make them sound very different. It's important for Assyrians to have at least a basic understanding of both. I need to learn West Assyrian as I only understand East Assyrian right now.
Is it correct to say that Assyrian is an aramaic dialect? I am west assyrian but dont call myself syriac because l dont celebrate syriac culture or traditions, but l do now celebrate only akitu because that got nothing religious to Do, so l call myself assyrian, and not syriac as most Western Assyrians do.

Eastern Assyrian sounds better overall. To be really honest, Western Assyrian is really comical to my ears. I cannot stand their pronunciations of the O's and H's. This isn't mean to be debasing - Just the same way Scottish accent would sound "funny" to English people, doesn't mean they hate each other. All languages have risible dialects.
Eastern Assyrian has more Persian influence than Western Assyrian though.

I don't think it depends on your language. I speak Australian English when I speak English and I do prefer Queen's English over us. So I'm NOT biased. I just like clearer, pristine dialects. A good thing about Western Assyrian is that it they use Syriac words for "car" and "doctor".

not just that, Classical Syriac had P and F, it had Heth instead of Kheth, and TH with T and Th and t made a grammatical difference.
