New anti-government uprising in Iran

It is all over the news. New anti-government uprising in Iran And this could spread quickly and give us another Syria: years of death and destruction, where the likes of ISIS, Hezbulllah and even Kurdish rebels can try to gain from the chaos.

Ok I may be blowing things out of proportion, but in this day in age, nothing surprises me.

Yes I do want the radical Islamic regime to go. But I want it replaced with a modern one, that won't be in clash with the west again.

if we all know Iran, they'll blame this on Israel/the West or both.

I highly doubt this uprising will last, Iran isn't a dictatorship, it's a legitimate republic with a theocratic presidential system with an accompanying assembly.

I also want to say that it's also arguable that the CIA could've cooked this up.

I hope they overthrow the government. But I doubt that this would happen.

Also, like you said, if this fails, then we'll have a new ISIS forming in the country.

Shia terrorism can always form. Or Sunni terrorists can 'spill over' there.
