I've just put all the parts of my thesis together. It's 50 pages so far. I still have to write the abstract, add a little to the intro, finish one table, and write up a table of contents...appart from that I'm done. About 2 hours of work left

I'm almost finished............................... :2hearts:

no unfortunately it wasn't...maybe for my next one I can look into hockey fans and their instinct for blood...moot mara?

omg interview me!!!

see you missed out, cuz in last nights leafs 9-1 victory over the thrashers there was plenty of blood. 3 fights, 5 players got ejected and there was an atempt to injure penalty. Suspensions are in order.
OMG i cant wait for the rematch on the 19th of november!!!

One part of it dealt with prejudice and the theories that explains it.

Aynakh baraneh Neeray, yawmit magwirekhlakh w parqekh minnakh.

Laaaa Salem let orza...and you say you know how to listen paaah...It has nothing to do with prejudice. Andddd la paqeeleh libee min takmanyatit gwarah

It's about cross-cultural influences on creativity. Broken down, it's the difference in creative performance, as measured by a Creativity Quotient (CQ) between individuals from a Individualist cultural background and individuals from a Collectivist cultural background.

I was so excited I had an Assyrian in my sample

50 pages and u still have 2 pages thats 52 pages man u r amazin or something

i cant do 1 page wow :baby:

Yeah that's not bad. Just finished my Master's thesis...150 pages. My Ph.D. will be another 250-350 pages. HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!! Oh, btw, my topic was on economics with a focus on urban development. WHAT A FUN READ!!!!

Congratulations Renee! Good for you!
I've just finished an MA in Applied Linguistics, so I know the relief you must be feeling!
So what's next? More Study?

~Kristen~

Thank you to all the well wishers. 61 pages and 1 CD bound in a hard back leather cover. Shkeera Shimit Allah!!!

Kristen?God willing, I?ll be doing an Internship for the next 2 years. I don?t think I could manage another 2 years of study, which is the alternative to the internship.

Serenity? It?s a bit hard to email it as its saved format is all segmented. It?s a boring thesis and the single Assyrian subject within the sample doesn?t receive any special mentions LOL

Just a few Acknowledgments?.

To RadRides?Thank you so much for the provision of your Anthropological contact at San Jose State University. You may have only given me a name and email address, but it proved to be invaluable to my research. Prof. Chuck Darrah pointed me in the direction of some Anthropological studies that actually allowed me to classify my data and without it I would have surely ended up with a bullet between my eyes (JK). Thank you kindly.

To Gilbert? Thanks for all the talks concerning our childhood. Singing the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle song relaxed my nerves. You officially killed my alien outlook as I now know there are others of my kind out there. God bless!!

To Rawmil? You are seriously one of the sweetest humans I?ve ever had the please of coming across. Never loose it!!!! Your constant jokes provided much needed endorphins. Thank you Aziza.

To Michi? I can?t say enough about you!!! Here?s a man who was experiencing massive amounts of shoulder pain, had the flu, and personal life trials, yet STILL took time out to sit and edit my work. You are the truest Assyrian advocate there is. You walk the walk as well as talk the talk. To you I will always be grateful. I admire you! And be assured, I will keep my word to you. And In keeping with my word? If, God willing, I do eventually become a full fledged Psychologist, and there is any Assyrian kid out there in need of a supervisor for their internship, contact me and I?ll do all I can to help.

As they say, last but by no means least, Salem?I have so much admiration and respect for your strength in character. You are a true gentleman. All those late nights when I was riddled with panic, it is your words of encouragement that actually allowed me to get to sleep. You truly proved to be the calming Ying to my raging Yang. Although I am not one for outwardly verbal affection, I have to say khlapit libit! Thank you so much Aziza. You will be the bench mark for all future friends that cross my path.

To all the immature idiots who bag any of these men out, grow up and realise that your pathetic words, although of very little value, behave as testimonies to YOUR character (or lack thereof as the case seems to be) and not that of the person you slander!

The 5 above mentioned men, although all very different in character, are shining exemplars of what was, is and will be of the Assyrian people. I take great pride in knowing such great human being and am humbled by the good nature each of you possess.

This may have sounded like an awards ceremony speech but I really wanted to thank these guys in a public forum! :artist:

Thank you!

Wow!!! For once I'm absolutely speechless?BUT, I'll try and do my best to respond to your beautiful words.

Firstly, thank you so much, this was really sweet of you.

Secondly, you're one of my closest friends and you mean a lot to me, so I'm very glad that I was able to help and be there for you when you needed someone, it was a pleasure. You're a beautiful, intelligent, kind-hearted, intellectual, and loving person, and you deserve everything good that comes your way. As for your last sentence, I'm honoured.

Finally, all the best with your thesis and hopefully you'll get back as much as you've put in it and even more.

Once again, thank you khayee for your words, you definitely made my week, not just my day. :)
