Man urinates on woman during flight

HONOLULU - A 28-year-old man has been sentenced to three weeks in jail for urinating on a 66-year-old woman during a Continental Airlines flight last month from Los Angeles to Honolulu.

Jerome Kenneth Kingzio, a resident of the U.S. Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, was sentenced after pleading guilty Tuesday to assault charges in federal court in Honolulu.

The victim was headed to Hawaii on March 21 for a scuba diving vacation and was watching an in-flight movie when Kingzio stood up and began urinating on her. He had been drinking on the flight.

U.S. Attorney Edward Kubo Jr. says the woman said her entire vacation ruined, and she continues to suffer emotionally from the incident. (I smell a lawsuit)

The case was investigated by the FBI.

i mean he was drunk; all we know from his side of the story. they didn't say anything other than that. its gross and disgusting for her yes, but so what :lol:..

the women is 68 reaching her time and now she have to remember this

My son peed on me many times when I would change him as well, but there is a big difference between your beloved child/nephew/etc., and some drunken grown stranger :yucky:

ok like i said, it is very disgusting to her. but its just urine; do you know how many, and way more disgusting things people get on them? some its their job. and i didnt want to mention this, but some crazy people do even drink urine.
all that i am saying its not something to attach a person for. its actually quite funny. he is drunk, just thank God that peeing is all he did  :lol:

Oh no I wasn?t comparing it at all. There is a big difference for sure! I was just thinking about my nephew and when I read the topic I thought about when he peed on me. lol I kind of freaked out when my nephew first peed on me imagine a grown man!

try to convince the judge that is sentecing this person to 3 weeks in jail that this was not as bad as made out to be  :giggle:

well there is a fine to just urinating in public areas, so that's another story. its a stupid thing to go to jail for anyway lol.

but they are making such a big deal out of the lady's situation

Maybe he had a window seat and the old bag wouldn't get up and let him get to the aisle.
 
Maybe she didn't let him to get out of his seat, so he had no chance but to do it right away lollol
