Assyrian singers wouldn't care much if their song is "stolen" or played in YouTube - Heck, they'd probably want that since they want fame and recognition (if I were a singer I'd surely want all of my songs on the internet, makes me more known right?. Assyrian singers already get paid massively for their concerts, weddings, etc. Not getting 99 cents wouldn't bother them.
People now upload songs in the internet in multitudes and even YouTube doesn't remove the video. I don't think it's a big deal now. Music has become "freer" nowadays if that makes sense. It wasn't that way in the in the 2000s.
