Inserting Flash Video??

How do you insert a flash video so it embeds in the page??  I know how to do a youtube video but what about other videos that are flash but not on youtube?

The forum has the option but I don't know how to work it, been trying to figure it out but it ain't working.

Can someone answer this, and then we can stick this?  I always have trouble embedding flash videos.

Guys, it has been a security risk to enable it, that is why you can't use it yet. I will have to research it further to see if we can implement it in any way.
