Idea: Replace Confederation Cup with a match between Euro Cup vs. Copa America champions

The Confederation Cup was disbanded by FIFA in 2017, and I thought, why not replace it with something cooler and with higher prestige: how about Euro Cup winner playing the Copa America winner? Here is why this would be such a compelling an attractive idea::

Factors
-Unlike before, they are now being held around the same time, on even non-World Cup years (2020, 2024, 228 and so on....)
-With both being held within close proximity of each other, this ensures there is parity and teams are in top shape and no resting while others are playing.

Timing:
-FIFA could schedule it within a week of both tourneys ending but that would be a little too hard given what both teams would ave gone through. Alternatively, it would be best to hold it at the next designated international break, ensuring this game is played on its own day, before other matches are played

Incentives
-offer a real incentive for the winner team or continent. For example , you automatically get seeded at the WC draw (if the team won't be)
-with the world cup being 2 years away, this a great chance for both teams to experiment against a strong and technical team (instead of holding friendly matches against lightweight teams that don't give the teams much test)
-the prestige that comes with winning your continent's title and beating the other rival continent's champion
-a sizeable cash prize for the team or federation

Title
-Couldn't think of name, as there are various to name this such as "Global Champion Cup" , "Global Cup of Cups" , "International Federations Champion" etc.

I understand some may think we need to involve other federations (Africa, Asia, Americas) but let us face it, it is South America vs. Europe, with the latter being the dominant force in the last 4 world Cups.

What do you guys think of this idea? Would you be for it?

For example, you could have the winner of Italy/England playing the winner of Brazil/Argentina.

Sorry Ashoor but I respectively disagree with your idea for the following reasons:

1. We used to have the Toyota Cup which was the game between the European Champions League winner and the Copa Libertadores winner. FIFA changed it to include all the other continents and created the Club World Cup. In that time, the African champions and Asian champion have reached the final, as well as the European and South American champion, justifying FIFA's decision to include the other confederations. There is no way they would go backwards and cut the other confederations.

2. The Confederations Cup, just like the FIFA club world cup above, has had finalists from outside Europe and South America. Heck, even Australia reached it in 1997 (though we won't talk about the result of that final :p ). The Confederations Cup has, since 2001, been used as a dress rehearsal for the World Cup by the host nation. I had no idea that FIFA had scraped it.

3. What exactly would a match between the EURO champion and the Copa America champion prove anyway? It would be treated like a friendly because it really doesn't prove anything. Many people say that the Confederations Cup doesn't prove anything other than being a dress rehearsal for the host nation. Would this match be played at a neutral venue like the old Toyota Cup? Who would host it and would players take it seriously?

4. South America and the running of the Copa America is constantly changing. In years gone by, it was every 2 years (odd number years), then briefly every 4 years, and in more recent times, every year. You probably didn't know this but CONMEBOL had a dilemma a few years ago. They had no host nation for the 2020 Copa America. This is the price for utter stupidity and greed. Making it an annual tournament to make more money but running out of potential host nations. Did you know that in 2018, Australia (yes you read that right) was asked to host the 2020 Copa America? It would have been the biggest humiliation for South America had it gone ahead in Australia (who were seriously considering hosting it). Just to demonstrate the chaotic nature of South American football, Argentina and Colombia, 2 countries at opposite ends of South America, agreed to co-host the 2020 Copa America (with Australia and Qatar as the 2 invitational teams). In the end, the 2020 Copa was played in 2021 with both co-hosts stripped of hosting rights due to coronavirus a few weeks before the tournament, so they decided to use the country with the most coronavirus deaths in South America, Brazil. South American football is often compared to an old car with a great paint job. People see the outside but have no idea what is inside. The fact that they were practically begging Australia to host the Copa America, demonstrates how chaotic the place is. You telling me you can trust this continent to even organise anything?
