I need my registration fee refunded - who can I speak to???

Sorry to hear you can't go.
If you don't get a response soon I suggest you contact your credit/debit card company and explain your situation and send them a forward of the letter. They should refund the amount to you.
 
Why is there so much bureaucracy involved in the registration process?? If someone can't make it, they should give your money back.

I don't think they are holding her money back. They probably just don't have the man power to respond to her or process her request right away.

And rejistration is not Refundable.
 
Yeah, I'm pretty sure registration is non-refundable, but if you find someone that works there and speak nicely to them (tell them how you lost your job and can't afford to pay for anything), then you will most likely get your money back. ;)
 
Sorry satanta after reading alvinas post i went on the site to read the terms and conditions.  # 4 is clearely written and posted in caps of not refundable. Good luck though.

even though its wrong they should give a cut off date incase something comes up and you have to cancel. but then they are assyrians.


 
i want a refund too WTF man the picnic is like almost 40 mints on the high way who the hell does it all the way by Elgin???????????
