How to get back into the chat after being banned from it.
We get this question a lot: "I am banned, please let me back into the text chat..."
Before we can let you in, we need to look into your ban log and find out why you were banned. In some instances, you could be back in automatically after a few hours or days. In more extreme situations, it will take longer.
First thing we will need is your IP number and username if possible.
You can get your IP from here: http://www.assyrianvoice.net/youripnumber.htm
Once you have this information, you can email the website: info@AssyrianVoice.net or better yet open a problem ticket here, and we will get this resolved quickly: http://www.assyrianvoice.net/helpdesk/
Once we have reviewed your ban, and why it was issued, we will reply back and let you know if and when you can get back in.
