How can we Make our 'Assyrian Youtube" forum more successful?

As I had posted last week, the Assyrian Youtube Clips forum has been such a good success since opening. And now that we have a special URL for it (www.AssyrianVideo.com) it is getting even more hit.

But we need to promote it even more. Not just on the forums, or the website, but online in general.

So I am asking for any good suggestions you guys have to make this section more popular and useful? how can we better promote it? where can we promote it? what can we do to make more people come and see it?

Assyrian Voice has built much of its success on the constant feedback of its members and users. So let us apply that feedback to this section.

Please help us with any suggestions you may have. You never know, it could be something that could prove very successful.

If our budget allowed it, we would pay up to $1 for every video posted: this would help us build a big collection of Assyrian youtube clips.  But that is out of the question now.

But we may create an incentive in the future for people to post any Assyrian Youtube clip they know of, on there.

Perfect! Love these suggestions. Can we elaborate on them though? I don't use these tools, so you guys know better.

Can people volunteer to promote AVN Video there? can people be kind enough to change their MSN display name to 'www.AssyrianVideo.com' etc etc.?

my msn name right now, its ATOURINA LOVES JAY  :giggle:  at the end of it .. i can put something like --- www.assyrianvideo.com


or on facebook... ur status.. u can tell people what ur doing... its already set as.. Atourina.... so i can change it to something like.. Atourina --- assyrianvideo.com  or Atourina says go to assyrianvideo.com

something like that..


btw.. i havent checked the homepage.. but i assume u have it on there as well... cuz word of mouth is always good
