This is my guilty pleasure.  My sister has been in love with this musical since last year.  She's begged me to watch it, and I finally did.  It's so cheesy, schmaltzy and juvenile yet I catch myself singing the songs. 

Anyone as obsessed with it as I am?

Thank god you replied Merooona.  I was beginning to think that I was a total lonely loser in my love for High School Musical.

HSM2 is already on tv!  It aired last week!  It's just as fun as the first one.  A little different but still fun!

Zac Efron is so cute! 
 
OMG.. i was in Cali.. and Now i watched the Movies 1 and 2.... Im Obsessed... I love the soundtracks.. im listening to it now..

I love Zac, Corbin and Ashley..


My cousin is Best Friends with Corbin's sister.. lol

oh and When i was in Cali.. i saw Zacs house.. :D

Holy mother!  Hook a sista up!  Eventhough I hate Corbin and his wild, bouncy hair.

How's Zac's house?  Doesn't he look like a young version of John Stamos?  What a cutie pie!

He's doing the remake of Footloose.  He'll be playing Kevin Bacon's character.

Sharpay is my favorite character.  Her facial expressions crack me up!

My sisters and I are learning the choreography to the movies.  Are we slightly retarded or what????  JK.  THERE IS NO SHAME IN LOVING HS MUSICAL!!

Lol.. zac lives in an apartment in Burbank, California.. he was in Australia

I just watched Hairspray..... hes a cutie in it.. lol..

Sharpay rules! i love her attitude.. i hate Vanessa.. shes sooo fake.. she tries to act innocent but shes not..

Ive seen the 2nd one tonsss of times.. and ive only seen the 1st one twice..

My cousin said that Corbin is very nice.. Vanessa and Ashley were rude.. When my Cousin met them.. Ashley and Vanessa were laughing and just said Hi and ran off.. there acted like those annoying 13 year old girls.. Blah..

I totally agree with you about Vanessa!  She's such an undercover hiz-o.  I HATED how transparent she is as Gabrrrrrriella.  Couldn't they have picked someone more likable?

Aww shucks, we should have had this conversation prior to convention.  We could have learned the choreography to HSM and performed it for everyone at convention.  Maybe next year?????  :p

i think they are thinking of doing a 3rd one.. but it will be in theatres. They havent signed a contract yet because the company is offering the actors alot less than they should get.

my little sister loves high school musical, shes been counting down for the premier of the 2nd one and its finally here (2nite) LOL and fell on a day of a wedding so she asked me to stay home with her and watch it because otherwise shed miss it and she cant stay home alone shes only 12 and shes invited her best friend over and their watching it as i type ...lol


zach efron is too pretty for a guy, i think he could be prettier then vanessa!

Zac Efron is darker and more brooding in the second one.  I like him in the second one better as well.  He looks older.  Makes me feel like less of a creep for oogling a 19 year old!

Ive matched HSM 2 tons of times its my fav.. first one ive seen like 2 times..

I just watched the first one the other day...  :blush2:

I watch the Disney Channel all the time, this is true, but I didn't see this movie because if I don't see something from the beginning, I hate to watch it, and since it was always on at these random times, I never saw it. But, the other day I was sick in bed and there was nothing else to watch, and even though it had already started (like half an hour), I watched it, and it was better than I thought!

I related most to the girl who has a secret love of hip-hop and sings about it in that song in the lunchroom ... not because I also have a secret love of hip-hop dancing, but because she's fat, hahaha!

I like Ashley Tisdale's character in the "Suite Life," but she so got on my nerves in this movie, lol, and I hated how she and the guy who plays her brother sang; their stuff was so cheesy, but of course it was meant to be that way. I like the Gabriella girl, even if naked pictures of her are now floating around or something, haha, I think that makes me like her even more, give Disney some edge!

I also just saw "Twitches" the other night and I loved it! I can't wait for the second one, it's coming soon! I'm not sure if it's the medicine or being sick, or me just being me, but the ending made me cry. :blush:
 
as much as i HATE to admit it.. i saw HSM and 1/2 of HSM 2..  :giggle:

and NO, im not obsessed.. they were so cheesy!

I haven't watched HSM and HSM2 though I did try to, but my aunt changed it to watch her shows....but I did kinda like the parts that I saw :/
