HELP: How to Assyrian Dance?

Helloo everyone its been awhile since i have been on here i hope people are still around to help  :).

i was wondering if any one can show me or teach me the assyrian dances as a "resha'd khigga" leader of the dances please.

i really need to know how to dance them asap.
