Its 10:30pm and that girl called in sick....AGAIN! :ROFLMAO:

I've given up I swear....to make matters worse, I was only getting time and a half for these double shifts. I spoke to a union rep today because I was sick of this crap, and he told me its DOUBLE TIME :bangin:

I just shut up and am now doing a double shift at Double Time :) Oh, and I get back pay. I'm not letting those bastards take half of my money that easily ;)
 
Riza, I have been at the hospital so many times at night, and the feeling is amazing lol. I wouldn't mind working double hours man. Give me as many hours as you want and I won't say no. By the way, you also have internet, mo khena bayet? LOL

Any serious emergencies tonight? LOL

hahaha....no no serious emergencies yet. In fact, I plan on going to the TXT chat again tonight. As I do the other nights I'm stuck in here.....

Juju, I might pop on WEBMessenger, but its so damn annoying. We'll see.....

Sounds interesting......it must be dead during the night time......unless you guys have a bunch of residents running around driving you nuts

They can't fire her because she's "Sick". Union would fight it and the manager would lose.

seriously anki.. the only reason u get stuck diong double all the time is cuz u dotn complain to anybody..so they think u dont mind..and of course u dont since u jsut said that the pay is worth it or whatever.. if u REALLY hate workign double then put ur foot down..but i think u enjoy it.. yeah and calling sick this much isn't right....  i use to do that wheni first startedthis job cuz i hated coming in and my boss sat me down and told me it's a problem.. i mean they have to say somethign to her..  :mrgreen:

Anyway, she just called in sick again. They were calling me trying to do the night shift. I just laughed and said yeah right nice try  :giggle: So the poor lady working now is doin a double shift :lol: Akh, so nice to have others suffer for a change....
