This is why I love the World Cup, it is so much more than just soccer , but all the funny and narratives that are crated in the way.

Today, everyone thought Cristiano Ronaldo scored the first goal for Portugal when he lightly headed a ball already going into the net after his teammate Bruno Fernandez had shot it from far wide.

Well, turns out and despite CR7 displeasure , the goal was registered under Fernandez’ name after all, much to Ronaldo’s objection. Can you imagine a player this selfish , he cares more about this being his goal than the fact that team scored!

Anyway, so Twitter being Twitter, they were which to give this goal a proper title: ‘Hair of God’ , a reference to Maradona’s infamous ‘Hand of God’ goal in 1986 World Cup against England.
