Are there any famous assyrians? Can you guys tell me the most famous assyrians, or anyone who has little assyrian in them?

And while he may not be internationally known, Narsai David is quite the local celebrity.  He hosts a Food and Wine show on local Bay Area radio, has a line of gourmet food products sold in various stores, and does a lot of public appearances at local festivals (he hosted the Gilroy Garlic Festival and the Stockton Asparagus Festival.)  And he not only always admits he's Assyrian, he's also President of the Assyrian
Aid Society.

Along those lines, and I think we've discussed this before, but F. Murray Abraham is part Assyrian and he admits it.  He's an Oscar winner, plus he was Salieri in Amadeus.  How much cooler does it get.
