Disgusting..Police Beat 64 Year Old Man

Alright so the NOPD, beat the living life out of this 64 year old man. They claimed he was "publicly intoxicated". I think its just pure BS. The man was lying in a pool of his own blood. At 64 years old it doesn't take 5 friggin officers to get a pair of 'cuffs on you.

So if you've seen the video or heard about it whats your damn opinion, if you guys have one that is.

oh i think the police abuse their power! i was a witness to police brutality on sunday night and i was disgusted to see how they enforce the law!!

I saw that on the news over here in Sydney. I get particularly upset when I see old people treated that way. It makes me rage. So WHAT he was publically intoxicated? Does that mean you beat the man? That's disgusting!!!! Talk about an abuse of power! I've heard so many stories of American police acting in this manner. Over here it's a different story, well slightly anyways. I remember my American cousins commenting on how the Aussie conduct random breath tests, how it's a lot more tame than in the states where they pull you over with guns drawn. It's waaaay to heavy handed there! These guys should get their badges taken off them, something that severe as this is a BIG deal. To beat up an old, drunken man!
 
NONE of us know the details. All we see is the video. It is very noteworthy that it took 4 police officers to handcuff him AND that as soon as he was cuffed, he was not hit again. Don't be to quick to jump to conclusions. The police may have overstepped what was neccesary, but we'll never know for sure.
 
OK, so as soon as I post that we should all wait and see about this case because we don't know the details, I turn the television on and more of the tape has now been released.

I can no longer say that we shouldn't blame the police in this situation. Everything was clearly out of control, and from the looks of it, by their own doing.
 
I hate the cops.. for my own personal reasons.. so I'll never side and/or agree with them..

Especially Peel Regional Police (Brampton more).. they're too trigger-happy.. in Rexdale they just care if you got a gun on you or if you know where to get one. Two civilian-clothed detectives stopped and questioned my friend and I, and it was so easy and respectful. They just asked questions regarding our intentions, and checked us for guns. They don't care unless it's a big thing - which is good. But in Peel.. nope.. they'll put a gun to your window, threaten you, rip you out, strip you (yea that's right - on the street), cuff you, throw your hat on the street, kick your ass, stick you in their cruiser.. and you can't do shit about it. And people wonder why there's so much hatred towards the cops.. go stop a real crime you uneducated, donut-eating jerks.

FREE DICE!! And my man Blacks has trial on Monday.. I'll be there.. throwing chairs across the court room (yea riiiiight)..
 
This is the one I saw on TV and I was shocked!

This other one I saw on TV dealt with an heir in Quebec. This girl is well known since her family is known also and the officer arrested her using more force than necessary AND after arresting her, he threw her against his vehicle and her head banged against the roof of the car. The officer then shoved her in the back seat of his car and another officer ran to the other side, opened the door, and I am guessing he hit her with something. Pretty brutal.

Aside from the brutality, police officers are now not answering certain 911 calls along with other things because they don't want to work an extra certain amount of hours a week, i think it's 32 or 42 hours?
 
i hate dirty cops to death. they're cowards and just take advantage of their authority. its really a disgrace. i mean they're suppoed to protect society and serve us.
i'm not just referring to this case, but theres alot of diry cops out there.

I saw this on the news and the interview they had with him...I dont know the guy but it seriously saddens me how cruel these pricks can be. The man said he said he hasnt drank in 25 damn years. He also was asking for this white women who was trying to stop the cops to come forward so he can thank her personally.

I just saw the whole video of that man's beating. Jareh...

You know how sataneh those officers were? There was this eye witness who was recording the whole thing and this officer on a horse was trying so hard to block her view and disable her from continue the recording. Little did he know, while he was focusing on her, there was already someone else recording the beating from another side haha...Idiot.

Those officers are being charged for battery.
 
I saw it on tv and what's stupit is the fact that the representative for the police denied that they were punching his head & face.......They deny it even when there is a video. My question to the khmaree is then how the hell did he get all that blood
 
If you have like one sip of wine, and they smell it off you, they can literally do whatever the hell they want, and call it 'restraining' you. That's why drinking around cops is nooo goot :no: , because they can justify it in most cases even when it's totally wrong.
 
There is absolutely no justification for abusing your power as a police officer.

Yes, you are allowed to complete your duties as an officer using reasonable force, what these animals did was not reasonable force..that was EXCESSIVE force.

Being charged with a misdemeanor..hmm how convenient. I hope the entire black community in New Orleans throw an L.A. Riot style bash, because just like the Rodney King case, these bastards are going to be found not guilty due to lack of evidence.
