I know that having one joint, doesn't make you addicted right there, but adding tobacco into the mix, does make it addicting.

Also, there is the mental addiction, when people feel the high, and want to have the feeling again and again.

We should call our resident pothead into this thread, maybe she can enlighten us...

Mate, unless you want to be stoned with one puff, a joint does normally include tobacco, and that's the joint I described as non-addictive, and you still get high.

You can smoke many joints everyday for a week and you still wont get addicted.

A spliff & a joint are the exact same thing, it's a cigarette that may or may not include tobacco together with marijuana, and therefore they can be used interchangeably.

The word "joint" is mainly used in the US, over here it's a "spliff", however, recently everyone else has started the word "joint" as well, and at least in Australia, and since the norm here is to mix it with tobacco, a joint & a spliff are one & the same.
