This is a friendly reminder that we are once again preparing for our trip to Atra. If you are interested in going and celebrating Kha'b Nissan please contact me at destinationassyria@gmail.com, or suzanyounan@yahoo.com.

This trip is approximately 2-3 weeks, it falls at the end of March into Arpil. It is a life changing experience. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.

Two fund-raising parties, both in Chicago, have been scheduled to help support those students making the trip back home.

Date:  Thursday, February 25
Time:    7:30 pm
Where:  Mootwa building
Entertainment: DJ Chris Jacob
Cost:  $5
Food and drink will be sold

Date:   Sunday, March 14
Time:    7:00 pm
Where:  Juliana's (3001 W Peterson Ave., Chicago)
Entertainment: Various live entertainment (English and Assyrian), including DJ Chris Jacob, DJ Eastwood, Freddy Gabriel, George Auwesha, Allen Mando
Cost:  No charge, although donations are encouraged
Food and drink will be sold
 
That place looks awsome. I wish I can go :(

Hopefully one day in my life that I can put my feet on that land.
 
I wish I could go! But I have exams in May...  :imsorry:

God willing, one day soon I will visit the land of our ancestors.  :wavetowel:
