That needed to be done. It needs to be known that Copts aren't safe in their own land. That they are persecuted for their religion.

You see those Muslims recording those wheezing little animals in an attempt to garner sympathy, at least let it be directed to people who deserve it; the Middle East's largest Christian group.

The news coverage already covered that part. A gored body wouldn't be more cogent in that matter. If a persons hears of a terrorist attack with dozens dead, they will outright know that the victims would be bloodied and gored. We have to be a little discreet in some cases, such as these.

Yep, but we can display the "largest Christian group" in a jubilant state, where they're alive and full of joy. Why must we showcase them as dead corpses and show the live ones in mourning? Not only is that insensitive, but terrorists scums (and their supporters) would laugh and gloat when they watch these videos. It will be an advantage on their part.
