Change

If I hear that word one more time during this damn election campaign.....I'm going to seriously hurt somebody!

:guns:

But Anki, it is time for a leader who is not afraid of change.  Change is key for our nation's success.  Change is also something that we need in Washington.  Change is something you may find in your wallet..purse...or in between couch cushions.  Change offers many things, like perhaps a cup of McDonald's coffee, or a Donut from your local Tim Horton's.

Change.  It's a comin'.

Only republicans are afraid of the word change, so I'm not surprised that you're so pissy about it

As many times as you will hear 9/11 from Rudy

I can't stand him anymore man, he seems so fake to me. It is either about that or nothing else. And when he does try to speak about something else, you can clearly see he is not very outspoken. Just repeating things over and over. And how on earth would Americans allow a person, who has married more than a few times, to be their president. US presidents should be the epitome of morality and social values (at least in public image)

So in conclusion, forget about him; let us rule him out too already.

Ronald Reagan, the hero of the right, was divorced and had strained relationships with most of his children.

Oh did he? the great Regan? wow. But man, look at how committed he was to his last and real wife. That is what counts :)

But in all seriousness, American presidents should be great husbands and fathers, not just politicians.

His last "real" wife.  Yes.  The first one was imaginary and therefore no need to be true to her  :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

LOOOOL akh menakh. Sorry, I have no idea how long he was with his other wife, but last wife seemed like the real deal to me. They were so in love with each other, she died a few months after his dead (I think she did lol)

Now that is real love!

No, Nancy Reagan is still alive and kicking.  I do love their son Ron though -- a great liberal!

Not after Ashoor just jinxed her.  Poor lady.  I'll definitely have a toast for her at the bar.

Here's a great quote:

"I think the American people are hungry for something different and can be mobilized around big changes, not incremental changes, not small changes."

And he agreed to RAISE taxes.  A fact that most conservatives like to forget.

And by the way, it ISN'T CHANGE that the country needs, IT'S REFORM.  Change for the sake of changing is senseless.

I am SO glad I read this thread instead of just marking it as read.  :blush2:

Now, I know what my favorite word this Thursday will be: CHANGE. Omgosh, I am going to ask everyone there what they think about change, if they want change, if they believe in change, if they like the word "change," if they know how to spell "change," if they have change for a five, ten, twenty, fifty, or hundred. Change!!!

Including you Anki, including you. The only way to stop me is to get me drunk enough to forget.
