بدون مقدمات لان المقدمة في هذه الرسالة تكون هي الموضوع والموضوع يبقى في المقدمة دائماً لخطورته على مستقبل المسيحيين في العراق هذا الشعب المبتلي بقادته الدينيين المستولين على الاحزاب والمنظمات السياسية ووسائل الاعلام مستغلين طيبة ووفاء شعبنا واحترامه لهم لانه هذا الشعب تربى على عادات وتقاليد الاباء والاجداد بضرورة تقدير واحترام رجال الدين وان اخطأوا ولكن اليوم بغض النظر عن ان العالم قد اصبح قرية صغيرة بحكم التقدم في التكنلوجيا والاتصالات لكن هناك واقع فوق تراب الوطن يبكي من نزيف الالم الذي يتحمله القائد الميداني الذي يعيش
الحدث اكثر من الذين الجالسون في فنادق وبيوت فاخرة ياكلون ويشربون الذ وما طاب زائدا خدمهم وحشمهم وسكرتيراتهم الجميلة والاخرون ياكلون العجاج والموت والقتل والتدمير والتهجير وتغيير في المذهب وقائدنا المفدى ما عليه سوى التصريح المكرر مثل الببغاء (ان العراق كله مستهدف وليس المسيحيين) وكانه يقول بالضبط: (انني مشارك في جريمة قتل وتهجير مسيحيي الموصل واريد ان اغطي ذلك باكبر مدة ممكنة حسب تعليمات الممولين)
يمكن احدكم او الكاردينال شخصيا ومن حوله المنتفعين والمستفيدين (ماديا طبعا) يقولون هذا كلام خطير واين الدليل؟ اجاوبهم واقول لهم وكل من بكى على البطريرك واذرف دموع التماسيح واخذ يولول ويدمدم ويهدد (ولو لا يقدر على التهديد لانه مشارك في الجريمة ونحن كمحامين نعرف ان المشارك في الجريمة حكمه هو نفسه حكم الجاني) وخاصة ان الامبراطور دلي قد ارضى الكثيرين من المطارنة واصحاب النفوذ في مناطقهم واعطاهم المقسوم وسكتوا عن الكلام المباح، وقبل ان نورد لكم الدلائل وليس الدليل نحب ان نقول باننا مخلصين لدلي وللكنيسة بمطالبتنا له بالرحيل قبل فواة الاوان بسبب نريد ان يحفظ ماء وجهه كبطريرك يقود اكبر طائفة ومذهب في العالم وهم الكلدان ولكن مع الاسف اصبحوا في زمنه اصغر طائفة وادنى مقام بين الشعب العراقي وكافة الشعوب في العالم منه الشعب هنا في نيوزلندة الذي عندما نزور اي بيت مهما كان كلداني او غير كلداني يتسمرون بنكات عن دلي ومغامراته ومغامرات اقربائه ولعبه بدولارات الارامل واليتامى والفقراء والمحتاجين وتوزيعها على المطارنة لكسب ثقتهم وتاييدهم له لبقائه اكبر مدة ممكنة على كرسي الديكتاتورية اذن انا ومن يؤيدني صراحة او ضمنا لانه يخاف على منصبه او انه مستفاد انه الامر
لايعنيه او انه محبط ولا جارة او يريد البديل وسؤالنا هو للجميع هل بقاء البطريرك الحالي وعدم تبديله هو لصالح الكلدان ام مجيئ رجل شجاع وجريئ وغير حرامي وشبعان احسن؟ اليس من واجب البطريرك التنحي ولا نقول تقديم استقالته لانه قانونا لا يوجد في التاريخ ان احدهم قدم استقالته وتم قبولتها من قائده او مسؤوله الاعلى (المرحوم بيداويد) وفي غفلة من الزمن اصبح بطريركا للتحزب الموجود داخل الكنيسة والمنتفعين منه ومنها، وقبل الدليل نصيح بوجهه ان كان له قليل من الشعور بالمواطن الكلداني والمسيحي :: نحن نحبك لذلك نطالبك بالرحيل قبل فواة الاوان على الاقل لكي يسجل لك التاريخ المشؤوم صفحة واحدة بيضاء وهي شعورك بالمسؤولية في اخر ايام بطولاتك الدليل لدلي ولكم :: من يشك في خيانة دلي للكلدان يطالبه بنسخة من كتاب رسمي على شكل طلب يطالب فيه (الحكم الذاتي) بشكل رسمي للمسيحيين في سهل نينوى تحت سلطة محددة وهذا الكتاب الرسمي سنضعه امام المؤتمر الاستثنائي الكلداني المزمع عقده في حالة عدم موافقته واصراره على التنحي ونعطي له مهلة خلال الصوم الكبير اي الى اعياد القيامة وبعد العيد مباشرة نقولها للعالم اجمع انه سيكون هناك بطريركين في الكنيسة الكلدانية كما حدث يوما في التاريخ كان هناك بطريركين واحد في دير الربان هرمزد والاخر في قوجانس ويتحمل البطريرك وحاشيته التي سوف تتركه في حينها حتما وتنضم الى التغيير والتصحيح واسئلتنا هي هل من حق البطريرك الكلداني ان يوقع كتاب رسمي وتوقيعه مع طمغة البطريركية ويطالب بحكم ذاتي للمسيحيين؟ هل هو رئيس المسيحيين كلهم ام للكلدان فقط؟ لماذا لا يطالب الحكم الذاتي وحماية الكلدان فقط؟ وهذا ايضا لا يجوز بالقانون لانه لا يمثل كل الكلدان بدليل ان قوائم الكلدان لم تنجح على الحصول 5% من اصوات الناخبين اذن هل يحق له ان يتكلم باسم كل الشعب؟ هذه الوثيقة سوف نعلن عنها بعد العيد مباشرة خلال انعقاد المؤتمر الاستثنائي الذي دعونا وندعو له من يريد حرية الفكر والضمير ومن لم يسرق او من يتوب عن سرقته لحضور المؤتمر واعلان بطريرك للكنيسة الكلدانية الجديد
لا تستغربوا ايها الاخوة ان هذا الدليل ليس الوحيد بل هناك دلائل اقوى واعلى حصلنا عليها لو تطرقنا اليها يشيب رؤوسكم منها وايضا سنطرحها في المؤتمر القادم وتكون حاسمة لكسر ظهر البعير كما يقول المثل وتتعلق
تهجير مسيحيي الموصل --- وثائق وليس وثيقة توزيع تبرعات المنظمات والشخصيات في الخارج تصل الى 48 مليون دولار الى الحاشية ولم تصل الى الكلدان (وهي باسم الشعب المسيحي) اقل من 3% : ليس لدينا وثائق رسمية باستلام المبلغ ولكن لدينا وثائق بتبرعات المبلغ ومن عدة جهات استلام مبالغ الوقف الكلداني وابنيته ودكاكينه وبيعها بالسرقفلية اي قبض اثمان خيالية ولمدة طويلة بحجة مساعدة الفقراء ولدينا وثائق ووثيقة خاصة ان احدى الاخوات المصابة بمرض ما توجهت الى سيدنا البطريرك وطلبت منه مساعدتها ثمن دواء فاجاب اننا لم نفتح هنا صيدلية؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ وكان قبل يوم قد استلم مبلغ كبير جدا من مجموعة من المتبرعين في الخارج مع مبلغ اضخم من منظمة ولدينا مستمسكات ايضا تدهور حالة الكلدانية وانقسامهم في عهده الى عدة شيع ومنظمات وعدم سيطرته على الرعية واصبحوا رعية براعي صنم اساءة علاقتنا مع اخوتنا الاشوريين وجميع الطوائف وخاصة بعد موقفه (من يترك الكلدان هو خائن،،،،) مع العلم ان اطروحته لنيل شهادة الدكتوراه واضحة وصريحة باننا شعب واحد وهو الاشوري ? لكي لا يتهمني احد بانني اشوري انا لا اؤمن بهذه النظرية للعلم انا كلداني ابن كلداني اصلي من عقرة ومستعد لمواجهة البطريرك واتحداه في المؤتمر ان كان له شجاعة ويحضره فاسالوا انفسكم لماذا لا يعقد مؤتمر كلداني ثان لحد الان؟ لانه يخاف ان يعزل لمواقفه الضعيفة جدا
لم يبقى نصف الكهنة والقسس في عهده كلهم شردوا من سياسته الخاطئة ودكتاتوريته المزمنة ومجموع الكهنة الذين هم خارج الكنيسة الان او مجمدين او تركوا هم 17 قس انظروا الرقم كلها في عهده ومن يقول انه لا يتحمل كل هذا نجاوبه بنعم يتحمل قسم من هذا ولكن هو ضعيف الفكر والقرار ومتذبذب في الري لذلك سوف نطالب في المؤتمر بسحب شهادة الدكتوراه منه او اعترافه باخطائه وخاصة من ناحية علاقتنا ككلدان بالمسكونية وخاصة الاخوة الاشوريين
متى كان البطريرك والكاردينال موظف عند اخرين يستلم راتبه من الاستاذ سركيس مع الكنيسة ككل ومنهم من يستلم اكثر من راتب ولدينا وثائق عن قبضه لثمن تحويل الاموال الى الخارج؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ وكذلك نطلب من الاستاذ سركيس اغا جان تزويدنا بوثائق خاصة حول كيفية منحه وسام الكنيسة الذي لم يمنح للقديسين خلال 2000 سنة اذن لا انشقاق داخل الكنيسة الكلدانية بل تغيير وتصحيح الاوضاع الداخلية وكفى ضعفا وانهزاميتا وخاصة عندما طرده بريمر من مكتبه عندما طلب ان يعين عضو برلمان بدلا من رابي كنا ولكن بريمر طرده وقال في مذكرته ان هذا الشخص لا يصلح ان يكون حتى؟؟؟؟؟
واخيرا سيطرح في المؤتمر موضوع قانونية ولايته كبطريرك حسب مواد القانون الكنسي بخصوص
(عند قبول استقالة احد المطارنة لكبر سنه (التقاعد) فهل يجوز ان يرجع ويصبح بطريركا؟؟؟؟؟) ام ان ذلك مخالف للقانون؟ طلبنا من لجنة خبراء في القانون الكنسي تقديم توضيح قانوني قبل المؤتمر ان ثبت انه غير قانوني في وقتها يقرر المؤتمر ما يراه مناسبا
اخيرا نقول للبطريرك ::: نحبك كثيرا لانننا نطلب منك الرحيل لنحفظ ماء وحهك ووجهنا قبل الفضيحة
