Can you just imagine the uproar and outrage if this was done in the West?

***This is possibly the worse product promotion you can watch: what was she thinking???***

Can you imagine someone doing this in a European, US or other western cities and all the uproar and rage it would cause, for the disregard for the city and its natural resources? And amazing how she dos it so blatantly, with all passerby, with no care in the world!

For those who can't see the video, it is of a young woman in Baghdad, supposedly promoting her perfume business in a creative and bold way. She sets up several perfume boxes on the railing of a bridge overlooking the iconic Tigris River. As part of her commercial, she dramatically pushes each box off the bridge, symbolizing that these perfumes are overpriced. She then declares that her perfumes are much more affordable, making a strong statement about her competitive pricing.

This would be creative, if she came out at the end to announce it was all a stunt and that these boxes weren't pushed to the river, and it was all captured in a net or boat down in the river. But of course, this is too much for this lady to think about....

BTW, if you read the comments in Arabic (in addition to all the extremely funny ones mocking her) the dominant theme and questions are about how she dares do this to the river and wondering where the river police is to catch her.
