Took me some time to notice.

It's a woman's ear showing with a black earbud (the 'eye' is her left ear with the earphone in). Her hoodie is used towards her face, from the front. So she's wearing her hoodie backwards. I guess she's using her hoodie as an eye mask to sleep.
