Can anyone define "madinkha", "mar-awa" and "tewel"?

Are they supposed to be geographic regions?

Madinkha: Asia
Mar-Awa: Europe
Tewel (or tebel?): Middle East

Is that what they mean? Can somebody confirm this?

Madinkha: East
Mar-Awa: West
Tewel (or tebel?): World

Middle East = Madenkha Mes3aya

Thanks. So I was a bit close with the first two, but really far off with the third one.

Tebel was a shocker. I thought it was more specific to our region and meant Mesopotamia since I always hear "aturaya'd tewel" (where I thought it meant Assyrians in the homeland). Funnily, I used to think the name 'Madinkha' was related to our late head bishop Mar Dinkha, like it was his affiliation or party. How stupid of me.

I made this thread because in a video singer Adwar Mousa said he came from Madinkha (Syria) to Mar Awa (Australia), but then he says (in Assyrian) "but Australia is geographically in Madinkha and politically in Mar-Awa like Europe" (to paraphrase). This got me thinking what these terms were. I'm guessing they mirror the definitions of the eastern (Asia) and western worlds (North America, Europe and Australia/NZ)?

Eastern world (madinkha): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eastern_world
Western world (mar-awa): https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Western_world

P.S. Okay, now is it tebel or tewel? Lol
