The other post about love and/or money got me thinking..

Does love conquer all?

Is that ALL you need to make a relationship work?

Money is the number one issue that couples argue about...

Your thoughts please..

great post

well u r right alot of couples do end up fighting over money coz they both want different things...alot of people saying love is the best thing which yes it is..the most important thing is about love is TRUST AND BE HONEST coz them 2 make the relationship work....the only way to make an relationship work is by working hard for it ..not sit and think everythin happens for a reason and when something happen alot of people say oh its in gods hand..well be honest and have faith and trust coz thats the only way a relationship would work

thats what i think

depends on wht ure def of love is..

for a true relationship 2 b healthy..
u def need the love
trust
financial stability

LOL, I'm guessing you're quite bored, la?

Well me & you have talked about this quite a few times, and there is never a clear cut answer for this.

Generally I'd say it depends on the basis on which that love was built. If it's based on physical attraction and a couple of other traits, then NO, it wont do much. However, if its based on almost total compatibility with your lover's personality, then of course it's enough.

money is definetly a big part of love, and couples and whatever, come on a gurl wouldn't wanna cheap bf :bangin:

No, love is nothing when it's on its own

very true....love doesnt put food on ur table ....any1 can fall in love it doesnt take much skill.... but u have to be smart when it comes to love, dont let ur heart take over ur brain...but it certainly needs to be the foundation

Nah, there is only one definition of love, and that is wanting something to live (you piece together what that entails). The people who 'love' certain things falsely cannot grasp the concept of love, fully, for love requires a mature personality to enjoy the best of its offerings... Not some blithering idiot who cant seperate his penis from his thought process, or a plastic female who's watched MTV too much..

Only certain people can enjoy its fruits.

+ Money becomes an issue depending on the society you are living in, and if its one to neither of the couples likings, one solution would be to move. (While this is easier to say, and harder to do - I know) But it is still do-able.

And anyways,

If love was easy, it wouldn't be special...

you can love someone and not trust them ..... and even love wont make that work ....... imo, theres a lot more than just love needed to maintain a relationship ...

and you can also love someone and trust them completely, love their personality, be able to sort out any problems you two have without things getting out of hand and the two of you killing each other or getting divorced, so yeh, like I said, it depends on one's definition of the word love.

LOVE IS THE ONLYTHING THAT MATTERS....

WHERE LOVE EXISTS, ALL OTHER THINGS FOLLOW.

BTW, THIS MEANS TRUE LOVE, NOT THE BS HOLLYWOOD VERSION WHERE YOU GET TO TASTE THE WARES THEN DECIDE YOU DON'T LIKE HIM/HER; MOVE ON TO THE NEXT ONE, TASTE THEIR WARES, DECIDE YOU DON'T LIKE HIM/HER... AND SO ON THROUGH 40 PEOPLE, UNTIL YOU DECIDED YOU "LOVE" PERSON #1 ALL ALONG AND WANNA HAVE THEIR BABIES AND GROW OLD AND DIE WITH THEM... DUN DUN DAAAAA.... UNTIL SCENE TWO WHERE THAT EXCELLENT PIECE OF @SS COMES INTO THE PICTURE, AND STEPS 1-40 ARE REPEATED

PSHENA/BSHAINO

im not sure if i agree with all of that .... love tends to confuse things ... it makes you see the person the way you want to see them and not as they truly are ... i think there are some stuff that come before love, or came before love that keep you grounded ...... so i agree with love matters, but i dont think its the only thing that matters .......
but then again.. a relationship can exist if it lacks other things but maintains love .... but even if it has everything else, but has no love ... then it wont last ....

Why don't you understand it? When you enjoy one's company, get along with them, love talking to them, are able to discuss any problems the two of them might have and still manage to keep the discussion civilised, feel physical attracted to them, admire & respect their intellect & brain, have mutual trust, respect & honesty, etc...

I believe one does know when they find the right one, they feel at ease, they know that they're loved for themselves, no need to act in a certain way or try to impress, and I guess they feel that this person complements them perfectly and genuinely cares about them and makes them a better person.

That kind of love does withstand any problems their relationship might experience.
