I had a tea and a blueberry bagel with easy butter and light strawberry cream cheese... Mmmm Tim Hortons LOL...

I'm not allowed near gehmar ? it tends to disappear whenever I'm around and for some reason I always get the blame ?:whistling: My fondest memory of my childhood is sitting around the breakfast table with my dad and sharing some gehmar and moorabah d'teeneh with some fresh bread.

Now......it's low fat/high fiber breakfast bars with coffee ?:blink:
