Assyrians with the Chineese? Why not?

I've been saying this for a while now, and I'm gonna say this again. Why wont the Assyrians look for help from the Chineese or Russians?

Its clear that the United States and Isreal have their support in the Kurds through funding and military training. So why not the Assyrians go to the Russians and Chineese?

I really don't see any harm in this. We have labour, we have agricultural lands, we have natural gas, and we have oil. All things that could greatly benifit both of those nations.

Ideas?

Dear rize this idea about china Iam not sure if china is intersett in christain of Iraq or the whole Iraq, You could have Russian as allie but this will make big differents for ADM, all iraqis will be against them and especeially Alsaddr and Alhakim and maybe kurds too.

Its not so much their interest in Iraq but rather their interest in global influence. By playing peace keeper and aiding and assisting in the redevelopment of the Nineveh Province, it would bring great publicity to their tarnished reputation. Especially in regards to their policy on Tibet.

The Russians, we all know their reasons for betraying us in 1915. They had their own war to cover. The threat of attack was more important to them from the eastern part of Russia than the Turkish region. The new Russia with Putin would be of great benifit for the Assyrians.

I think its a perfect idea. The Kurds can have their American and Jewish buddies and we'll stick to our Communist pals in China. The next super power. Invest in the future

well sure why not but let me ask you this? how will china aggree to work with one ethnic of iraq? or why only christians? will you pls dececribe about this cause I can`t see any reason! or try to illustrate how it will be and how assyrians will be managed to get contact with china politics

They didnt betrayl us, but they had to withdrawl due to the communist uprise in their homeland, if this didnt happend Assyrians would be much better off now, because during the time Russia wa aiding us with weapons, ammo and some voulunteers by their army Assyrians did very good, but after they stopped due to the below mentioned situation, Assyrians faced huge losts in population and area.

Later the Brits came and "helped" us they were so kind to put us in malaria infected areas to ensure that those who survived the massacres, the dead walks throw desert to now die out in the malaria infected areas.

When this one failt too, they disarmed the Assyrian Tribes who were now residing with other Assyrians in the Nohadra Area to leave us at the mercy of our kind Arab and Kurdish Neighbour, who were such heros to kill over 5000 innocent and unarmed assyrian women, men and children.

So why not trying it again with Russia, as for me I belive that if there is someone to help us its the Russians and not the Europeans nor the USA.

I am just asking myself what will this time happen when the western world fails again to help Assyrians (as it happend back in the World War 1, Semele Massacre and the 1980?s), will the Assyrians total dissapear from Assyria? Or will our people just wake up and realize its weather ALL or NOTHING.

I talk many times with my mother about the Assyrian Situation, the only thing which might work out for us if the western world provied us  arms, cause even the "Iraqi army" fails to protect us, so its left in our Arms to protect ourselves, who else does care more about us, then we do?

I think this is a good idea dear Rumataye, assyrians could get more from Russians than china, thats what I believe
