I'd like to ask you guys if you can send me a sample of the speech of your millat to me either as a reply to this post, or as a private message. The ones I need are listed below.

The speech to be translated is: "We are Assyrian from (insert millat/mata). During the day we work hard and at night we have fun with our friends and families. Life is good."

For example, in my (mixed) dialect it would be: "Akhnan eewakh Atourayeh d'____. B'youmaneh eh palkhakh b'qishyoota ou b'leilawateh eh khamlakh min khorawatan ou khizmanan. Khayoota basimtela."

I know these aren't all of the millateh but I have to keep it broad now and the list (which is for a website) will become more detailed in the near future.  If you don't see your millat/village on there and you want to submit, please go ahead anyway.

Alqosh, Araden,Barwar, Baz, Botan, Gawar, Jilu, Marbisho, Tel Keppe, Tkhooma, Tur Abdin, Tyari, Urmi.

I don't know if this is how other Urmijnayeh speak, but I'm Urmi and this is how I speak. I think Urmijnayeh from Iran would speak slightly different from what I've written though.

that, among plenty of other differences. "Whats his name?" "Mood la Shimiff"

The iff is subjective, but most Baz tribes use it.
 
Since Dave already covered certain things about the baz dialect & how very few words are spoken slightly different (from yours & ashurina?s translation), I?ll instead give you a close enough translation of how Aradnayeh would say that statement.

Akhnin eekh athourayeh eed Arathin. B?yoma ee palkhikh shewla qishya o b?asseryatheh ee khamlikh ib khorawathin o nashwathan. Khayootha baseemtela.

If I translate that in my own dialect, you wouldn't .... ahhh let me try. Though I don't know the replacement of (qishya= hard??) and (khamlikh= get happy? relaxed?)

I am an Assyrian whos parents are from Tur Abdin and we speak the western dialect called Turoyo.
My father is from the village Beth Qustan (also called Bequsyone) and my mother from the village Beth Debe (also called Badibe). And the western dialect of our ppl in Tur Abdin is in some villages a little bit different because of accents.

Here the translation:

"We are Assyrian from (insert millat/mata). During the day we work hard and at night we have fun with our friends and families. Life is good."

"aHna othuroye-na mi qritho beth qustan (or beth debe). ba yaume ko-flHi-na qashyo u ba lalye kit-lan fsiHutho ´am a Hauron-aydan u a eqaryoth-aydan. i Hayutho basimto-yo."
 
My parents are from Zaz so it is the same as John's. We dont have different dialects. All the same but some ( Midyoye) use different  (not Assyrian) words

Just like TG, but insert Shiez (also Shezeh or Sheyoz) instead of Tesqopa.

Sometimes when I feel like being a jerk, I speak full on baz dialect to non bazi assyrians. The look on their faces in priceless.

Random: Dakheet broona?
Me: Raba spy baseema, Mootowoot gawra?
Random: ...........thank you thank you.

btw, Im not looking forward to my wedding day. Baznayeh have this tradition of stabbing the groom in the butt with needles, to scare off bad luck/ghosts.

Ive had some fun stabbing dudes, its gonna suck when its my turn.

These speech samples will be part of little mini-tutorials on each millat/village. It's very crucial for there to be something online that's not long and complicated to teach people brief history and basic info for each one.  I know a lot of Assyrians believe it's too divisive to focus on millateh but in this case I don't think it is.  The history of each one makes up our ENTIRE history as a people.
